Please follow the below guidance if you need to cancel a Rail booking.

E-ticket – Please email your booking reference to north.rail@travelctm.com. Please ensure to include the words ‘rail cancellation’ and to state your booking reference in the subject line of the email.

Ticket on Departure – You do not need to contact CTM for this. Refundable tickets (not Advance tickets) will automatically be refunded once the ticket expiry date has passed, provided the tickets have not been collected. If they have however been collected, they need to be posted back to CTM, to the address below.

Local on-site ticket machine – You do not need to contact CTM for this. Refundable tickets (not Advance tickets) will be automatically refunded once the ticket expiry date has passed, provided the tickets have not been collected. If they have however been collected, they need to be posted back to CTM, to the address below.

Ticket received via post – Please post these tickets back to CTM, to the following address:

Shire House

2 Humboldt Street

Bradford

BD1 5 HQ

Refundable tickets (not Advance tickets) will be refunded once the ticket expiry date has passed.

Rail refunds are subject to a £10 Admin charge.

Advance tickets are only valid for the exact date and times booked and are non-refundable, unless your train is delayed or cancelled, and you choose not to travel. Advance tickets can however be exchanged for a £10 admin fee. You will also be charged for any difference in price between your original ticket and the new ticket.
