Where is my booking confirmation?

You should have received a booking confirmation by email from CTM. 

If you haven't, please look in your spam/junk mail folder in case it’s gone there. 

If you still can’t find it, please contact one of the following CTM teams. 

For Hotels, please contact the Hotel Team on north.hotels@travelctm.com or via telephone on 01274726424 (option 1).

For UK Rail, Ferry, Car Parking, National Express or International Rail (excluding Eurostar) please contact the Rail Team on north.rail@travelctm.com or via telephone on 01274726424 (option 2).

For Air, Eurostar or International Car Hire, please contact the Air team on north.air@travelctm.com or via telephone on 01274726424.

For Meetings or Group bookings of more than 9 people, please contact the Groups team on North.groups@travelctm.comnorth.meetings@travelctm.com or via telephone on 01274726424 (option 4).
